Shipping policy
KivisRetail is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
Kivis Retail ensure your orders will be delivered to customers within the fastest time frame with the highest quality packaging. Prepaid orders that are placed before 2 PM IST will be dispatched on the day and the orders placed after 2 PM IST will be displaced the next day. COD order is dispatched after confirmed on the call. The order will be delivered by delivery partners like Ecart, FedEx, Bluedart, IndiaPost, Delhivery, etc.. based on your Pincode.
P.S: The orders will be shipped throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays
Delivery Charges:-
- There will be zero delivery rates for most prepaid orders above Rs. 499
- There will be RS 50 to RS 100 shipping charges for prepaid orders below 499 orders by most pin codes
- For COD orders will be shipping RS 50 to RS 200 based on your pin codes
- The prices will include all the taxes and GST

List Delivery timeline:
- 1 to 3 working days for customers within Bangalore
- 3 - 5 working days for prepaid orders for a customer out of Bangalore (only for metro cities timeline may be delayed for non-metro cities)
- 5 – 7 working for COD orders
What can I do if I receive the product that is received in damaged condition or wrong product?
The products will be checked before delivery and we will have also have video recorded for each product. In case, if you receive the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to the customer service team at kvsenterprises.co@gmail.com
We will rearrange for new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
